What you’ll do

• Define a high-leverage area of ownership with Verona’s founders and establish what success will look like.
• Build the systems, products, relationships, research, or operating capabilities required to make that area successful.
• Work across functions when necessary while remaining directly accountable for a concrete outcome.
• Create leverage that persists beyond your individual effort rather than solving the same problem repeatedly.
• Raise the bar for clarity, pace, judgment, and craftsmanship across the team.

What we’re looking for

• A distinctive record of building, leading, researching, selling, or operating at an exceptional level.
• A specific point of view on the problem you can help Verona solve and the outcome you are prepared to own.
• Evidence of unusual initiative, learning velocity, craftsmanship, and follow-through.
• Strong communication and sound judgment in environments with limited structure and substantial individual responsibility.
• Genuine curiosity about enterprise AI and a desire to work directly on consequential real-world deployments.
